Where you state what an area could be worth per year, that number is the basis and your chosen answer scales how much of it is treated as recoverable; where you skip it, your revenue band and each pillar's typical leverage fill in. The full seven-pillar read and the plan come in the guided session. Every figure is computed, never guessed.
